Shipping and Returns
Once we receive your order, you can expect delivery to most addresses in 5-7 business days via standard delivery. If you place your express (overnight or 2-day economy) order by 2 pm EST, our in-stock items will be shipped that day (once our payment provider has processed your order). Orders placed on weekends and holidays when our warehouse is closed will be shipped the following business day. To accurately calculate the shipping cost we need your shipping address for overnight and economy 2–day rates.

We want our customers to be happy with our products. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied, please return the product to us for exchange or refund within 30 days. We cannot accept returns on personalized or custom orders. DON’T THROW AWAY YOUR PACKING SLIP, IT’S YOUR RECEIPT. A return and exchange form is enclosed with every package. You can exchange for the same item in a different size or color, free of additional shipping charges, one exchange only.
Shipping and Handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable. We cannot accept garments used, worn, washed, altered or soiled by the customer. Soiled merchandise includes, but not limited to, garments that are stained (including deodorant stains), animal hair or any odors such as smoke, etc. All returned garments must be in original condition and packaging, and cannot be laundered.
